But by launching at SXSW, it would be difficult to capture the interest of attendees from the technology and real estate industries

Due to our extensive industry relationships, we
secured and managed the exclusive promotional partnership with SXSW Interactive at the Major Sponsorship level. Then we designed and executed throughout the event including:

- A street closure structure
- Austin Convention Center lounge
- Interactive tradeshow booth including hologram technology
- Launch party featuring Grammy-award winning musician Gary Clark Jr., celebrity chef Richard Blais, and world renowned DJ and drummer Tony Royster Jr.
- Outdoor music stage activation
